The Airwatergreen Service agreement supports and protects your business and your investments with scheduled service and preventive maintenance.

Our service delivery guarantee you a continued optimal performance from your Airwatergreen dehumidifiers and carbon filters to ensure an optimal performance to protect your investment – both the dehumidifier but also your building, equipment and personel in particular.

Measure the moisture and consulting

Airwatergreen service measure moisture levels and temperature over time to collect data to be used to estimate any moisture related challenges. The report contains the recorded data and our recommendations based on the results of the measurements and our experiences.

INSTALLATION

Airwatergreen’s support organization deliver installation of our products in coordination with you.

Advice can be given online if you plan to do the installation yourself.

SERVICE AGREEMENT AND WARRANTY

The Airwatergreen service agreement guarantees optimal operation. It provides an extended warranty period with up to 5 years. Extension beyond 5 years can be negotiated.

The agreement includes:

  • Regular, scheduled reviews and optimization of device performance
  • Troubleshooting minor corrections
  • Remediation of simpler errors including work effort

Material includes:

  • Granulate
  • Air filter
  • Spare parts
  • Carbon (for the Blackbox)

The 12-month service agreement is automatically extended by 1 month’s notice before the next period.

Our original spare parts are designed for the best performance of the machines.

RENOVATION & REPAIR

Renovation & repair of the dehumidifier can also be performed in the event of damage, without a service agreement or if no service agreement is in place.
