Airwatergreen dehumidification technology is well suited for installations in sewage treatment infrastructure. The products are designed for installation in tough environment at all temperatures.

Airwatergreen dehumidifiers need half the energy as compared to traditional dehumidifiers. They have the same efficiency at all temperature down to minus degrees. This makes it possible to lower the heating in buildings that are rarely visited and instead establish a good climate by removing the moisture from the air. This is especially relevant for pump stations where we have developed a combination solution with a carbon filter to handle any odour that arises due to hydrogen sulphide.

Airwatergreen products are very easy to install as they do not require any ventilation pipe ventilation. Dry air and water are produced at the machine and it is easy to connect all our products for monitoring.

SEWAGE TREATMENT

Challenges: Large volumes and high demands on cleanliness. Many cold surfaces on walls and pipes that determine the moisture level required for a good climate.

Filter beds
Challenges: Large open water surfaces that emit moisture. It is important to keep a difference in the temperature between the water surface and the air at all times. The temperature of the water also typically varies over the year, which poses special challenges.

PUMPSTATION
Challenges: Both the building and the equipment in the building are exposed to continuous damping. Hydrogen sulphide is present in most pumping stations and sometimes constitutes a concern for the environment.
Our solutionIf possible, lower any heating. Set the required moisture level and adjust the dehumidification capacity according to the moisture load prevailing. Combine the dehumidifier with our carbon filter to remove unpleasant odours. Take advantage of the Tempguard function, which means that the dehumidifier can function as a heating element when the temperature goes down below the defined level.

STAFF AND OTHER AREAS AND STORES
Challenges: It is important with good ventilation that in itself can be a moisture load during the summer months when the moisture in the air outdoors goes up.
Our solution: Adjust the dehumidification capacity after calculated and assessed humidity. Adapt the need over time.

PRODUCT CHOICES

 

The product selection depends on the moisture load that can be estimated by calculation. In smaller to medium sized spaces at pump stations, FLEX is the natural choice. FLEX Can be mounted on wall bracket or stand freely on the floor.
FLEX can be configured to function as a heating element (frost guard) with the Tempguard function. The carbon filter BLACKBOX removes hydrogen sulphide in pumping stations. Combined advantageously with dehumidifiers that ensure that a suitable moisture level is maintained in the pump station but also reduce the moisture load on the carbon filter and thus extend its life.

REX is used in larger spaces such as Filter beds. Several REXs provide increased capacity.
Both FLEX and REX can be connected to existing monitoring systems via Modbus.
